Garlic is potent against colds and flu

When people often get sick with the colds and fevers, they give people chicken soup. While the chicken soup does do some work by warming up the body, the garlic does a lot of work too when added. They also increase the activity of T-Helper Cells, the main cells that activate the Macrophages to devour the bacteria and launch the B-Cells to unleash the Antibodies to fight against the bacteria that have invaded your body.
